Dr. Janet Woodyard is a board-certified Baltimore plastic surgeon offering advanced cosmetic and reconstructive surgery for the breast, body and face. She has been in practice in Owings Mills, Maryland since 1995 and masterfully utilizes a comprehensive repertoire of both surgical and nonsurgical techniques to consistently provide beautiful results.
