Non-Surgical Facial Rejuvenation

The visible signs of facial aging progress over time and are the result of heredity and environmental damage. A gradual loss of youthful facial fullness and the development of wrinkles are among the earliest signs of facial aging. Softening of these lines and the restoration of volume in the face can be achieved non-surgically with injectable fillers, botox, and/or appropriate skin care.

Injectable Fillers

Facial injectables are a proven means of temporarily reversing the visible signs of aging, often for a significant period of time. Soft tissue fillers can add fullness to the lips, enhance shallow contours, soften creases and wrinkles and improve the appearance of recessed scars.

• Hydroxylapatite (Radiesse^®) Radiesse^® is a safe, FDA-approved dermal filler made of calcium -based microspheres suspended in a natural gel that is injected into the skin during a simple and convenient procedure performed right in the office. Radiesse^® works with your body to support and stimulate the growth of your own collagen to fill-in facial folds and wrinkles and also to restore facial volume for the youthful look you want and results that last for a year or more.
  
  
  

  

 

• Hyaluronic Acid (Restylane, Perlane, & Juvederm®) Hyaluronic acid is a naturally hydrating substance normally found in the skin. As your skin ages, it reduces production of hyaluronic acid resulting in the appearance of wrinkles and deepening creases. Juvederm® , Restylane, and Perlane are FDA-approved injectable hyaluronic acid gels that can restore volume and smooth away wrinkles for results that last up to a year. These fillers are particularly well- suited to plump thin lips in addition to treating surface wrinkles and creases such as the nasolabial folds.

 

 

• Fat Injection Fat harvested from your own body can be injected to enhance and restore facial fullness and fill deepening creases and shallow contours. Facial fat injection is a more extensive procedure than the injection of other facial fillers because it uses liposuction techniques to extract the fat prior to injection.



Wrinkle Reduction (Dysport & Botox)

Botox® Cosmetic and Dysport are FDA-approved treatments for moderate to severe frown lines between the eyebrows. During treatment, very low doses are administered via a few tiny injections directly into the muscles responsible for the frown lines between the brows. Botox Cosmetic & Dysport safely suspend movement in these muscles for a period of four to six months leading to a smoother more youthful and relaxed appearance.
